Dr.Htwe you are the more ego fueled providers i have ever met I have been in out in out of here since 2024 with issues that do not align with my age group whatsoever (not even in my early 20’s) From delayed referrals resulting in delayed Gallbladder surgery and Subsequent infection and traumatic healing process. Being told to take MORE of the same medicstion that i’ve reported i can’t take as it makes me sleepy resulting in leaving work. being told i have body parts still in me after having them surgically removed, and instead of advocating for a 2nd radiologist to review Dr.Htwe asked the same radiologist who said “order another scan” costing more copays and another month of delayed care and time off work just to be told what i knew Being a patient for TWO YEARS having “physicals” documented in my chart but not a SINGLE full physical exam occurred. and now to find out that the Pain and Spine Clinic Physcian Dr.Htwe has referred me to is ALSO a patient of dr Htwe (Edit: this clinic has also disagreed with Dr.Htwes treatment course based on med history that Dr.Htwe neglected to account or request records for) Once dr has been asked about these discrepancies in care and chart

I’ve called about 10x for results for my daughter’s test. No matter what day or what time I call there isn’t a nurse there to give results and they’re the ONLY ones allows to relay results.. my kid is 3 days into antibiotics and I don’t even know what she’s getting them for. I go in for appointments and the receptionists are arguing in front of clients over lunches. This place is ridiculous. Can’t wait to switch offices..

I have called numerous times and they don't answer the phone. Very very rarely. I have gone here my entire pregnancy. They have not shown any compassion towards anything. I have been awaiting them to Call in a prescription for three weeks. Every day I finally get ahold of them after the 20th try. They tell me they will call me back, but never do. Also, I have a different midwife every single time I go. In which I am supposed to be coming in once a month in my third trimester. But they still schedule me every two weeks and change my due date every time i go in. I have never ever been so frustrated with a doctor's office in my life. My first baby and they have done nothing but make things more difficult for me. If I could id give ZERO STARS. 🤮

Always speedy and professional, pediatrician Amanda Roublick is incredibly friendly and honestly one of very few doctors I can even stand to be around! My children actually ENJOY visiting even when they know shots are to be had. Highly recommend her as a pediatrician, as far as the adult side of the facility I cannot say, but have yet to have a negative experience in my few years coming here.

Dr. Circelli is an amazing doctor and actually cares about us. She will do all she can to help you if you have a medical problem. Her nurse Dorothy is warm kind hearted and cares about us.
